"The agents are rude when you call in and wanting answers about your policy. They tell you that your bill will reflect this month and then find out from the owner Dave that the information the agent provided was not correct. Dave did not even know my name when he called me back, he thought he was talking to a different person. Both the agent Billy and Dave both got defensive and unprofessional over the phone. I do not recommend using this location."

"Have had home insurance thru Dave Ahrens State Farm for a few years and decided to inquire about bundling our auto insurance when we purchased another vehicle recently. Nolan D. reached out to me by phone and was very helpful. We walked through the options and I received a competitive quote and decided to switch. There was a hiccup on the car purchase delivery date which lapsed our current coverage by a day (from different company/agent). I contacted that agent and explained my dilemma and was politely told “sorry”. I then called Nolan and his response was much more helpful. He had to do some digging and said he’d get back to me. An hour or so later he replied with a solution that kept our trade in vehicle covered until we took possession of the delivered vehicle. Win/Win! This type of CUSTOMER SERVICE is a lost art.
